Vendor has extensive knowledge of and experience with the NDFPP which includes the state government office staff and our subrecipients as well as with other FP programs across the United States. Ahlers provides a Windows-based Clinic Management Software for the Title X NDFPP which is user-friendly and affordable for the state office staff and for our subrecipients. This includes CVR (Clinic Visit Record) data entry (WinCVR), Client Billing, Insurance Billing, Lab Results Reporting, Pharmacy Log & Inventory, and Appointment Scheduling. This software is used by over 300 agencies nationwide. Ahlers provides Electronic Medical Records (EMR) for Title X-funded clinics who are certified by the Office of the National Coordinator (ONC).
