• Assisting with the coordination of University stakeholders, such as, Student Affairs, Campus Recreation, Athletics, and the Department of Facilities Planning + Design, amongst other University support services. • Assessing the current facilities, through an evaluation of existing conditions, infrastructure, and function. • Developing a space program, identifying the primary users and spaces planned for the renovated and new facility. • Assisting in the establishment of components of the Project Budget, including the preparation and evaluation of multiple implementation scenarios. • Evaluate opportunities around high-performance building and site design and develop life cycle cost information. Sustainable Carolina’s 2024 Climate Action Plan will serve as the guiding document. • Preparing conceptual Cost Estimates and Project Schedules, including Phasing Plans. • Delivering presentations to campus stakeholders, including in-person and electronic/printed materials.
