The Consultant will be responsible for meeting project timelines, milestones, and all contracted obligations. At the start of the project, an in-person kick-off meeting will be held with the Consultant, staff, and other stakeholders to discuss the Consultant’s project approach, recommendations, and to finalize the project schedule, including meeting dates, formats and anticipated milestone deliveries. The Consultant must conduct regular conference calls with staff, typically every two weeks, with additional meetings as needed. All in-person meetings within the project scope are to be held locally in the Region. STARRS staff will assist in identifying recommended meeting locations and points of contact. The Consultant is responsible for coordinating other meeting logistics with support from STARRS staff. All guides and plans developed as part of this project must include information specific for supporting individuals with access, functional, and health-related needs, as well as those requiring behavioral health support, children, persons with language barriers, and individuals with transportation access needs. Stakeholder (HMACS Workgroup) Meetings: The Consultant will be responsible for conducting at least three (3) in-person meetings with the HMACS Workgroup (e.g., one (1) kick-off meeting, one (1) midproject meeting, and one (1) final meeting). Additional meetings or conference calls may be necessary to complete the work. The first meeting will be an in-person project kickoff meeting during which the Consultant will introduce all key project personnel, provide a proposed schedule of meetings and timeline of deliverables, and gather stakeholder input. Additionally, the Consultant will present a plan for identifying significant gaps in the current HMACS that need to be addressed during the contract period. Subsequent HMACS workgroup meetings will engage the group in discussions to ensure the project is addressing identified gaps appropriately and the Consultant will seek feedback on draft reports and other project materials to improve final documents
