Scope of Services: The City of Benton is seeking proposals for a multi-story live fire & search training facility to be installed at a predetermined site within the City of Benton. The Benton Fire Department expects to see an improvement in the readiness, safety and fire ground tactical knowledge to its fire suppression crews. Training Facility General Requirements: • The training facility shall be a multi-story structure that is designed in a way that replicates structures found in our response area and meet the requirements for ISO credit and be built in full compliance of NFPA 1402 and any other applicable standards. • The training facility shall be fabricated from single trip International Organization for Standardization (ISO) containers. • Vendor shall include a graphical representation of their training facility solution with their proposal which satisfies the specifications as noted below. • Vendor shall provide layout drawings of training facility upon project award to coordination location of all features/ training props with customer. • The training facility shall contain a warranty for, at a minimum, a period of one (1) year for workmanship and materials from the date of completion. • Anchored to current concrete pad, anchoring system should be one that ensures no movement containers will be lased using ISO wide flange twist locks. • Price must include delivery and erection of building on-site. • Building must be fabricated in accordance with NFPA 1402.
