The State is seeking on-site event production and staging services for (fill in the details). This event will feature on-site services, streaming, and recording of all (insert # of stages) presentations. Attendance at (virtual or in person) Design and provide stage conceptual imagery for one main stage and sound and lights for (# of stages) side-stages, including description of background imagery, podium, seating, lighting, etc. for approval by (agency) . This must be provided at least four weeks prior to the event. Awarded contractor must be able to provide all the necessary equipment (including tools and labor) for production of the event. If additional work is requested within the scope of the Task Order due to an unforeseen circumstance, State shall provide the successful contractor a description of the additional work and request the successful contractor to submit a cost for accomplishing the work based on the hourly rates provided in Section 2 of the Bid Response plus any additional equipment costs. The successful contractor shall not commence additional work without the State’s approval.
