4.1 MSDS FOR HAZARDOUS SUBSTANCES: 4.1.1 Contractor shall furnish Materials Safety Data Sheets for all products required by OSHA Hazard Communications Regulations per 29 CFR Part 1910.1200. 4.1.2 Owners reserves the right to reject any delivery not accompanied by material safety data sheet. 4.2 All packages must be labeled indicating manufacturer's product name and number, chemical composition and quantity. 4.3 All material must be delivered in standard packages. 4.4 All correspondence, including acknowledgment of receipt of orders, packing lists and invoices, shall carry the bid number assigned by City of Lincoln/Lancaster County. 4.5 All deliveries shall be made Monday through Friday 8:00 am to 4:00 pm. unless other prior arrangements are made.
