Design Collaboration: The selected vendor will work closely with the City and Construction Manager at Risk(CMAR) during the design phase to develop AV solutions tailored to the facility's needs. Installation and Configuration: Upon completion of construction, the vendor will handle the installation and configuration of all AV equipment. Material Staging and Storage: The vendor must provide storage for all materials, as the City cannot accommodate onsite storage during the project. Ongoing Support and Maintenance: The proposal must include a comprehensive support contract for ongoing maintenance and service after the system's installation. Additional Details: • Conduit and rough-in work will be pre-installed by the City and CMAR, and the vendor’s scope will not include these elements. • The selected partner must demonstrate a proven track record of successful AV projects and the ability to manage projects of similar scale and complexity.
