1. Purpose The City of Branson is soliciting bids for Branson Fire Rescue to perform specific radio communications equipment and antenna work, at the East Repeater Site. It is the intent of Branson Fire Rescue to update or replace aged equipment of one of two of the City’s repeater stations. 2. General Requirements 2.1. The successful bidder shall be primarily or entirely engaged in the sales and service of radio equipment. The successful bidder shall demonstrate intimate knowledge and understanding of the radio equipment and their installation in general and specific knowledge, and experience with the equipment to be updated or replaced. 2.2. Investigation of Conditions. Before submitting a bid, Contractors should carefully examine the site of the work and fully inform themselves to the conditions of the equipment and limitations. The contractor must use such methods and means to carry out his work so as to cause minimal interruption or interference with City business
