Sandy City is seeking a vendor to maintain inventory, store, and changeout banners that are mounted on the light poles along State Street. The City currently has several sets of banners that would be placed in the care of the awarded vendor. Of these, up to 60 banners may be mounted on the State Street light poles at a time. The Communications department may also have the need for the vendor to design and produce new banners throughout the contract. Both current inventory and new banners would be the vendor's responsibility to maintain throughout the contract term. In addition, if the existing brackets are damaged and need to be replaced, the awarded vendor will be responsible for obtaining a replacement bracket and installing it. Upon contract termination, the vendor will be required to transfer possession of all banners to the City or their designee.
