Fireworks Display bidder must have and include the following: *20-25-minute display beginning approximately at 9:40 p.m. July 4; *Provide a copy of current General Liability insurance policy in the amount of $1 million, with a $4 million umbrella with bid response and on the day of the display; *Provide a copy of current Hazardous Materials Safety Permit from FMCSA with bid response and on the day of the display; *Provide a copy of current Hazardous Materials Certificate of Registration from PHMSA with bid response and on the day of the display; *Provide a copy of a current Valid BATFE License with the bid response and on the day of the display; *Provide a copy of a current Missouri Fireworks Distributors License with the bid response and on the day of the display; *Provide a list of the licensed shooters who will be setting up and firing the show with a copy of a current and valid Missouri Shooters License with the bid response and on the day of the display; *Provide a copy of a current Worker’s Compensation for Shooter(s) with the bid response and on the day of the display; *Coordinate with the City of Joplin Fire Marshall to ensure permits complete and up to date and provide a contact name and number of the individual responsible for the set up and firing of the display; *Company and shooter must perform the fireworks display safely and in accordance with applicable Federal, State and Local laws and NFPA 1123 Code of Fireworks Display; *After the display, the company must check the display area for any “duds” or other material that did not ignite. Any such material must be properly disposed of by the company per applicable Federal, State, or Local laws and NFPA 1123 Code of Fireworks Display;
