1. Scope of Work: • Full Scope of work is included in the construction documents prepared by Central States Roof Consulting, LLC and are attached to this document. • All work and services are to be performed by fully insured, qualified and trained journeyman workers with extensive experience carpentry and accessory replacements of this type, size, and magnitude. • All work and the workplace (site) shall be kept neat and clean throughout the execution of this project. • All work shall be performed continuously by fully manned crews until completion. • Proper and continuous communication with County staff or their representative is paramount and required. • No storing of material, equipment, or tools in public areas. All materials must be stored within the construction site only. • All construction debris will be placed in contractor supplied dumpster. Location for dumpster will be specified by County. • Contractor to verify all field dimensions. • All specialty work, examples electrical, mechanical, fire protection and plumbing, to be performed by a licensed technician as part of the contract. • Strict adherence to all safety standards and OSHA requirements. • Dispose of materials legally per OSHA, EPA and NESHAP regulations. Provide waste manifest when asbestos is involved. • Advise County staff of any areas that have issues regarding construction prior to commencement of installation. • Contractor shall protect the existing building and surrounding spaces and all components that are being reused during all phases of construction.
