Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Town of East Hartford (the Town) is inviting Consulting firms to submit their firm’s qualifications and rate schedule to provide surveying and related services on an as-needed or “on-call” basis. The Town is seeking multiple consulting firms (minimum of two) to provide oncall surveying services. It is the Town’s intent to enter into contracts with qualified firms to provide services on an as-needed basis. The selected Consultant will provide comprehensive land surveying services for the preparation of property surveys, location surveys, drawings, property/easement maps, estimates, and related services. In addition, the firm must have the capability to provide the Town of East Hartford with expertise in performing other functions, such as but not limited to, preparation of environmental documents and permit applications and liaison functions. The selected firm may also be required to provide special consultation or services through sub-consultants. Time frames can be short and the Consultant should have sufficient resources to complete the task on time.
