Task 1: Comprehensive Consultative & Administrative Services for a LWCF Major Conversion Goal - Successful approval and completion of the proposed LWCF conversion of the property located at 400 Hanes Mill Road, Winston-Salem, NC, 27105. - Know and understand the LWCF major conversion process - Outlined in (36 CFR Section 59.3) - Coordinate with all local, State, and Federal agencies until successful completion. - Identifies and maintains all important contacts with associated organizations. - Identifies priority tasks and develops a realistic timeline for completion - Holds all parties accountable for meeting required deadlines - Assigns tasks that are the responsibility of the owner - (Ex. – Appraisals, surveys, Phase 1 ESA, legal services) - Coordinates with all other vendors conducting work required by the project - (Ex – appraisers, surveyors, geologists, attorney’s) - Maintains accurate and up-to-date records of all completed work and tasks required by the LWCF conversion process - Coordinates and convenes meetings with the owner and all associated agencies in the event of any project difficulties. - Prepares and submits all required reports in a timely manner - Assign any reports to the owner as required. - Final deliverables - Compiles a comprehensive final electronic document indicating the processes undertaken for the successful conversion of the site including copies of all required documentation of the conversion. - Report outlining all tasks associated with the conversion process including completion dates.
