Low-Slope Roof Areas Scope of Work: 1) Demo and remove existing gravel BUR system to the structural deck. Properly and legally dispose of off-site. Abate as required. 2) Remove existing coping, counterflashing and edge metal. Properly and legally dispose of off-site. 3) Install new 2X pressure treated wood nailer at all parapets and drip edge, secure with tap-cons. 4) Remove existing overflow scupper metal and replace with new primed 24ga galvanized metal, sloped to exterior and caulked. 5) Furnish and adhere new Polyiso Insulation boards to existing dried roof deck substrate, once inspected and approved by roof system manufacturer. Install crickets as required in all corners and upslope of curbs, to create positive slope to existing scuppers. Sump at all scuppers. 6) Furnish and fully adhere new 60mil FB Membrane to all roof areas, field and flashings using bonding adhesive, or other approved method, per manufacturer instructions. 7) All new flashings to be terminated w/ new termination bar pinned 6” o.c., set in butyl tape, caulk bar w/ UV stable sealant. 8) All penetrations, inside corners, outside corners, T-Joints to be detailed w/ membrane manufacturer’s premanufactured accessories. 9) Furnish and install new 30” wide adhered walkway patch from roof access to ladder and all equipment, in CPW-designed path...
