THE PROJECT consists of performing all Work and furnishing all labor, materials, tools, plant equipment and incidentals for the TERMINAL AREA ROADWAY IMPROVEMENTS (TARI) PHASE 3.1 in accordance with the details as shown in the Specifications, or as directed by MNAA or its authorized representative. Bidders must be in good standing with the State of Tennessee and be qualified to meet all Local, State and Federal statutes, codes, regulations and ordinances governing the performance of the type of Work for which Bidder is submitting a Bid. This project consists of the third phase of the Terminal Area Roadway Improvements (TARI) at Nashville International Airport (BNA). This phase will encompass the demolition of old Donelson Pike between the Airport Connector Roadway and I-40, reconfiguration of Lot B including a new revenue control plaza, construction of a segment of new Terminal Drive and the new Terminal Drive bridge over Fly Nashville Way, partial construction of Fly Nashville Way, and construction of Ramp V. Work items include pavement demolition, new asphalt pavement, concrete curb and gutter, a drainage system, relocation of public utilities, grading/earthwork, and demolition of the old and construction of the new Lot B revenue control plaza. Utilities will include extending an NES duct bank, construction of a water main, new airport communications, and drainage system elements.
