The City of Brentwood invites proposals from qualified Contractors to provide on-call maintenance services at existing Stormwater Best Management Practice (BMP) locations, as well as provide native prairie stewardship services within Brentwood Park, including but not limited to: • Brentwood Bound: Pedestrian Underpass & Rogers Parkway – 19MSD-00347 o Includes 2,000 square feet of permeable interlocking concrete pavers, accessible underdrains and observation wells, one Baysaver Barracude hydrodynamic separator (HDS Unit), two areas of amended soil and private inlets and manholes. • Brentwood Bound: Deer Creek Flood Mitigation Phase 2 – 20MSD-00399 o Includes one detention basin, one multifunctional wet pond with associated forebays and 20 acres of native prairie. • Brentwood Bound: GRG/Brentwood Bound Phase 3 – 20MSD-00444 o Includes one wet pond, one biodetention basin with associated rip rap blanket forebays, eight areas of amended soil, 6,000 square foot permeable interlocking concrete paver parking lot, and two acres of native prairie. • Brentwood Bound: Brentwood Pavilion – 21MSD-00250 o Includes one biodetention basin. • Brentwood Bound: Destination Playground – 22MSD-00035 o Includes three biodetention basins • Brentwood Bound: Playground Overlook – 22MSD-00461 o Includes two areas of amended soil, private inlets and manhole. The work to be performed includes furnishing all labor, equipment, materials and expertise necessary to complete the work identified in section 2.1. The Contractor shall be responsible for all damage caused by their work to rights-of-way, sidewalks, buildings, or other structures and/or facilities. The Contractor shall be responsible for restoring or replacing any plant material or irrigation systems that are damaged by their work. Property and premises must be left in a “better than found state.”
