You are invited to submit bids to the Jordan School District (JSD) relating to Stadium Lighting/ Audio-Visual upgrade. The bid will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible Bidder. Responsiveness to the bid will be established only if the bid meets the following requirements in the full IFB attachments. This IFB is issued in accordance with State of Utah Procurement Code, Utah Code Annotated (UCA) Chapter 63G-6a, and applicable Rules found in the Utah Administrative Rules (UAR). If any provision of this IFB conflicts with the UCA or UAR, the UCA or UAR will take precedence. The Jordan School District Purchasing Department reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive any informality or technicality in any proposal in the best interest of JSD.
