Annual Waste Removal Services Bartlett City Schools reserves the right to adjust the level of service provided during the period of the contract. Adjustments will be made by either increasing or reducing the frequency of pick-ups at a particular location, by increasing or reducing the size of a container used at a particular location or by adding or removing containers at a particular location. Adjustments may also be made by adding other locations besides those listed on the attached listing and removing locations listed on the attached listing. Bartlett City Schools reserves the right to add and/or delete locations during the contract. Any new location within a school district during this agreement reserves the right to add at the appropriate quoted bid price. If extra pick-ups are required at any location, the charge for one (1) pick-up may not exceed the single pick-up cost calculated for that particular location based on the monthly bid price divided by the number of pick-ups in one (1) month.
