Vendor shall provide Agency with the Contract Items listed below on an open-end and continuing basis. Contract Items must meet or exceed the mandatory requirements as shown below. 3.1.1 Benefit Books 3.1.1.1 Size – 8.5 x 11-inch finished book, variable number of pages 3.1.1.2 Colors – Cover, Two (2) colors; Interior, Two (2) colors 3.1.1.3 Job Time Requirements – In most cases, PEIA will provide Vendor with a project schedule with notification of the project. In the absence of a specific schedule, the following minimum time frames are required. 3.1.1.3.1 Design Samples – Vendor will send design samples (front cover, interior page including fonts, layout ideas, and colors, etc) within five (5) business days of a request for samples. 3.1.1.3.2 Design Sample Revisions – If PEIA requests revised samples before approving the design, Vendor will send revised samples within two (2) business days of receiving the request.
