The allotted budget for the project will determine the final scope. Any portions of the project that do not fit the scope may be deleted for the successful bidder before the notice to proceed. Specifications: Virginia Acres Park Parking Lot, 1700 Whiskey Road, Aiken, SC 29803 Approximately 3858 square yards Blow debris Graze cracks with wire wheels Crack seal cracks ½” to 1” (Alligator cracking not applicable) Sealcoat existing parking lots behind the recreation center Restripe parking lot according to current layout and meet any ADA requirements Smith Hazel Recreation Center Parking Lot, 400 Kershaw Street, Aiken, SC 29801 Approximately 2100 square yards Mill out 2” of existing asphalt paving, haul away ruble and regrade existing area after milling Clean and Tac Repair + replace approx. 15 LF of curb Install 2.0” overlay with 2”-220 of DOT-C or 9.5 MM hot mix asphalt Restripe parking lot according to current layout and meet any ADA requirements
