The purpose of this solicitation is to acquire services complying with the enclosed description and/or specifications and conditions. Tri-County Technical College is soliciting to establish service providers to provide American Sign Language Interpreting/Transliterator Services at all Tri-County Technical College campus locations. Tri-County Technical College Main Campus: 7900 Hwy 76, Pendleton, SC 29670 Anderson Campus: 511 Michelin Blvd, Anderson, SC 29625 Oconee Campus: 552 Education Way, Westminster, SC 29693 Easley Campus: 1774 Powdersville Road, Easley, SC 29642 Qualified providers will be placed on a Qualified Provider List (QPL). Being placed on the QPL does not guarantee any level of usage of provider’s services. Failure of a provider to receive business shall not be grounds for a contract controversy under Section 11-35-4230 of the SC Consolidated Procurement Code. An individual can be on the Qualified Provider List either individually or under a business; however, the individual can only be listed one way (either as an individual or with a business). This is a Fixed Price Bid; therefore, additional service providers may be added throughout the life of the contract.
