The contractor shall provide all service and parts to repair, maintain and/or rebuild the air conditioning, refrigeration and boiler equipment, Building Automation Systems, Ground Source Heat Pumps and Ground Loops, VRF Systems, Chillers, Boilers, Cooling Towers, Packaged Heating and Cooling Units above 50 ton located on the Missouri State Fairgrounds for the Department of Agriculture in accordance with the provisions and requirements stated herein and to the sole satisfaction of the department. The contractor shall either provide the services directly or shall provide a person/personnel who must comply with the requirements stated herein. Therefore, references to “the contractor” throughout this document shall also be deemed to include the person/personnel provided by the contractor. The contractor shall perform all services to the sole satisfaction of the state agency.
