This Request for Proposal (RFP) seeks proposals from qualified firms (Offerors) to provide Management training for current and potential supervisory positions with the Missouri Highways and Transportation Commission (MHTC) and Missouri Department of Transportation (MoDOT), in accordance with the provisions and requirements stated in this RFP. The contract period for the performance of the services described in this RFP is from date of the fully executed Resulting Agreement through one-year, with two (2) one-year renewal options. MoDOT will receive bids electronically through MissouriBUYS, by mail through USPS, UPS, or FEDEX. If the Offerors intend to submit a hard copy proposal, the Offerors must notify the buyer of record Lori.Tackett@modot.mo.gov five (5) days before the RFP closing date.
