● Most tablecloths are black, rectangular in shape, and measure approximately 52” x 96”. Some others are different shapes, sizes, and colors. ● Washing, drying, and folding/finishing services to maintain the quality of polyester fabric. ● Frequency will be event-driven, but approximately once per month in most months. Services will be scheduled in advance by WCPSS staff. ● Volume: approximately 70 tablecloths per month (52” x 96”), but quantities can vary. ● Expected turnaround time - 5 business days or less ● Vendors shall inspect and report any items that are received damaged. ● Vendor shall replace or refund for items damaged in the laundering process. ● Vendor shall provide secure handling and packaging of cleaned items to ensure cleanliness during transport ● Vendor services shall include pick-up of soiled items at Crossroads 3, 111 Corning Drive, Cary, NC 27518 ● Vendor services shall include delivery of laundered items back to Crossroads 3, 111 Corning Drive, Cary, NC 27518 (to office secretary or building mailroom) ● Award shall be for a one-year period. WCPSS reserves the right to extend the award for two additional one-year terms at its discretion.
