The City of West Plains requests qualifications for engineering services and subsequent permitting services for water storage and the permitting for its construction. Information provided to the City of West Plains must include: 1) The specialized experience and technical competence of the firm with respect to booster pump for increased water storage. 2) The capacity and capability of the firm to perform the work in question, including specialized services, within a period of four months; 3) The past record of performance of the firm with respect to such factors as control of costs, quality of work, and ability to meet schedules; 4) The past record of design and construction of at least 3 booster pumps for increased water storage 5) References from previous clients of related work with the firm within the past five years; and 6) Documentation of compliance with E-Verify requirements
