2.3. Gymnasium A. Attendees seated in the gymnasium will need to see and hear the proceedings in the gymnasium, and hear the proceedings in the auditorium and cafeteria. B. Harbor Media will set up cameras in the gymnasium and provide a video feed to the selected vendor for projection in all three rooms. C. The Town will supply and set up one large screen and one projector in the gymnasium. D. The large screen will be hung in the middle of the gymnasium behind the stage where the Moderator speaks. It will need to display the video feed of the Moderator, any recognized speakers in the gymnasium, and any PowerPoint presentations given (presentations will only happen in the gymnasium). E. The vendor will need to provide and hang a second large screen in the gymnasium for live captioning. The Town will contract separately with a stenographer to provide live captioning services. Live captioning will be offered in the gymnasium only. F. Attendees in the gymnasium will be seated in five sections facing the stage/podium where the Moderator is. There will need to be at least five standing microphones for audience participation: one towards the front of each aisle (four aisles total), and one centered in the front of the room below the stage to address the audience. G. The Moderator will need his own microphone at the podium on the stage at the front of the gym. H. The Moderator will also need a small monitor or monitors near his podium displaying static video feeds of the Assistant Moderators in the auditorium and cafeteria. 2.4. Auditorium A. Attendees seated in the auditorium will need to see and hear the proceedings in the gymnasium via video feed, and hear the proceedings in the auditorium and cafeteria. B. The auditorium has a projector and one large built-in screen that the selected vendor can use to display the video feed from the gymnasium. C. Attendees in the auditorium will be seated in three sections facing the stage. There will need to be at least three standing microphones for audience participation: one towards the front of each aisle (two aisles total), and one centered in the front of the room below the stage to address the audience. D. The Assistant Moderator will need their own microphone at the podium on the stage at the front of the auditorium. E. A camera will need to be set up in the auditorium to provide a static video feed of the Assistant Moderator in the auditorium to the Moderator in the gymnasium.
