1. Specifications Scope Of Work: The Kansas Department of Wildlife and Parks is seeking one tote barge set-up unit to survey stream and river systems in Kansas. Specifications and Requirements for Vending Unit: - Barge: o Polyethylene tow behind tote-barge set-up. No push-bar handles. Carrying handles on each side of barge (2 per side). o Tote-Barge cannot exceed 76 inches in total length to fit into pick-up truck bed with topper. o Stainless steel cathode runners laid into channels of barge. o Mounting cradle for securing control box on back of barge. o Fully assembled, wired and tested. o Straps for securing generator and control box. - Control box: o Must be able to effectively operate within a variety of conductivity ranges within Kansas waters. The most common range of conductivity values being 200-2600 micro siemens. o Must be able to operate three anodes simultaneously. o 0-300/600 Volts DC output with 240 Volt input. o Continuous DC output, pulsed-DC output, and Quadra pulse (bursted) selectable output. o Current over-protection with 60 amp peak pulsed-DC output and 10-amp peak continuous DC output. o Fully adjustable and independent control of voltage, rate and duty cycle. o Resettable minutes/seconds counter to measure shocking time. o Digital backlit peak current and peak voltage meters. o 3 output receptacles with 2 dummy plugs. Dummy plugs are output receptacles covers for when only 2 or 1 anode(s) are being operated. Plugs go into the non-operational receptacles. o Output and footswitch LED indicators. o Splash resistant enclosure and controls. o Control box will be secured in the rear of the barge
