1. Scope of Work a. Project Management: Oversee all aspects of the study from planning to final reporting. b. Participant Recruitment: Conduct onsite recruitment of guests for participation in the exit interviews. c. Exit Interviewing: Employ professional interviewers to conduct in-person surveys at the organization’s entrances/exits. d. Data Processing and Analysis: ▪ Code open-ended responses. ▪ Edit, clean, and process collected data. ▪ Analyze data to derive actionable insights. e. Monthly Reporting: Provide topline results on a monthly basis (specific deliverables to be determined in collaboration with the vendor). 4 f. Final Reporting: Prepare a comprehensive final report, including graphical representations of findings. (An example of a previous year’s report can be provided.) 2. Methodology a. Data Collection Period: Mid to late March through October 31, 2025. b. Sample Size: n=1,100 respondents’ representative of the organization’s annual visitation. Monthly interviews (100-200) will align proportionally with visitation patterns. c. Interview Duration: Approximately 12-15 minutes per survey. d. Staffing Requirements: Two to three dedicated interviewers to ensure consistency. Interviewers are expected to achieve an average of 2.0-2.5 interviews per working hour. e. Scheduling: Monthly schedules must be submitted for approval at least one week in advance. Flexibility to adjust the schedule as needed is required. 3. Timeline a.
