The Contractor will: Pull required permits with the Town of Wayland (at no charge per fire department) Existing wiring loops will be used, all wiring will be checked for shorts, opens,TTaps and Grounds. Any abnormalities will be addressed outside of this scope. Zone wiring will be tied together in a class A manner and tied onto existing ident loop on 4100es Panel. Addition of three loops will need to be added based on the current loop resistance. Zone 9 is wired as Class B loop and will be tied into its own loop because of this Replacement of all zone initiation devices to addressable initiation devices. Contractor is responsible for any programing changes to deliver a functionalsystem. A lift/ ladder will be needed for portions of this work which will be provided by the customer. Replacement of all conventional horn light notification devices to new audible visiblehorn strobe devices for better reflective light coverage and temporal three pattern. Add LAM module to monitor ANSUL system. Customer will provide an ANSUL system technician to work with Johnson Controls for both connections and testing of ANSUL system. Replacement of duct smoke detectors. Customer will provide mechanical contractor for both shutdown connections and testing of HVAC units. Beam Smoke detectors have been removed and will remain deleted after device upgrade. Submittals will be provided by the vendor to the client for new devices Battery load calculations and location drawings of installed equipment to be provided to client Conduct final testing with Wayland Fire Department Provide Attic Stock as described in the Bid Form Customer will provide St-2 and ST-5c tax exempt documentation Contractor must schedule a full Fire Alarm acceptance test with Wayland Fire Department. Contractor will provide a service contract for 1 year after AHJ acceptance. Customer will provide prevailing wage documentation.
