A. The Contractor must: 1. Attend an implementation meeting, in-person or virtually, with the Department and the Contractor's representatives, within five (5) business days after the Contract is effective to review the Contract requirements and timelines. a. The Contractor’s lead representative and project manager for this Contract must be in attendance. Expenses related to attending this meeting are the responsibility of the Contractor. 2. Notify the Department of any change in Contract administration staff and clinical review staff. A statement of qualifications including resumes is required for all key employees who are working on the Contract. Key employees include but are not limited to the Contract Administrator and Project Manager. The Contractor must: a. For anticipated changes, notify the Department ten (10) or more business days prior to the change, or as soon as possible. b. For unanticipated changes, notify the Department as soon as possible, but no later than two (2) business days after the Contractor becomes aware of the change. 3. Provide training related to review requests and External Quality Review (EQR) processes to Department staff and Medicaid providers as requested by the Department. 4. Provide the Department with templates, forms, communications including but not limited to emails, letters, and phone scripts, and training materials to be utilized for review and approval by the Department prior to utilization. 5. Be responsible for services and costs associated with publication, distribution and duplication of any forms and training, communications including but not limited to emails, letters, and phone scripts, or informational materials for use under the Contract. 6. Designate a Contract Administrator to be responsible for Contract acceptance, amendments, and oversight.
