The Town of Royalston is proposing to add automated push-button entry to six (6) doors within the Town Hall. Four (4) of those doors will be part of a series of doors that are on the course of entry between the rear parking lot, to the elevator, and from the elevator to the Select Board Office located on the First Floor. The other two (2) doors consist of: The side entrance door (exterior) at the existing ADA ramp which provides access to the kitchen, dining room/first-floor meeting room, and elevator on the first floor; and the interior doorway to the Second Floor Assembly Hall entrance which is located between Assembly Hall and the Elevator on the second floor. The following is a breakdown of the doorways which are included in the Scope (see “Attachment A” for descriptions & images): • Door 1 – Exterior Door to Elevator Entrance (Rear of Building, Ground Level) • Door 2 – First Floor Dining Hall Rear Entrance Door from First Floor (Elevator Hallway) into Dining Hall • Door 3 – Front Entrance Dining Hall Door (access to the Front Lobby/First Floor Main Hallway) • Door 4 – Entrance Door to the Select Board Office located off the First Floor Hallway • Door 5 – Exterior Side Entrance door from ADA Ramp into “Kitchen” of Town Hall • Door 6 – Second Floor Assembly Hall Entrance Door (accessible from elevator on 2nd Floor
