EOE is seeking one vendor with consulting experience in team building and professional development to support an ongoing series of two-hour staff workshops. The first meeting will be a one-on-one conversation with the EOE Chief Information Officer (CIO) to discuss the team culture and professional development goals. Ongoing professional development workshops will take place monthly, at a minimum, to aid the Secretariat leadership team in building tools and skills around mediation, positive and productive processes to support problem-solving, and collaborative teamwork in the workplace. The vendor may provide other pre- and post- workshop consulting services to support the CIO in maintaining the ongoing meeting agendas and goals, as needed. The awarded vendor(s) may also be engaged for ongoing related consulting services. The ideal vendor(s) will have experience in strengthening interpersonal communication and building strong professional relationships within a high-level management team.
