DIV. 21 shall remove the existing fire sprinkler drops to enable the FSEC to completely remove the existing cold storage complex panels. 3. DIV. 26 shall disconnect the existing electrical service to the existing cold storage room refrigeration systems, lights, and controls to enable the FSEC to completely remove the existing cold storage complex panels. 4. The FSEC shall demo the drop ceiling and lights as needed to completely remove the existing walkin cold storage complex panels after coordinating with DIV. 26 to disconnect lights in the drop ceiling if needed. 5. The General Contractor shall review the existing conditions above the existing walk-in cold storage room ceiling panels and provide the necessary modifications to accommodate the proposed taller walk-in cold storage room height.
