1. Scope includes renovation to the Administration, Cafeteria, and Student Commons Areas of the building originally built in 1986. 2. Administration renovation involves reconfiguration to the floor plan, creating a new reception and waiting area along with new ceiling, lighting, and HVAC. This Work also includes new finishes, painting, and furniture in Administration Area. New casework will be installed in the Teacher Workroom, Nurses Area, Mailroom, and Reception. 3. Cafeteria renovation includes new furniture, painting, added window in serving area, and new ceiling, lights, and grilles. 4. Student Commons improvement includes new railing around sunken area, new flooring in sunken area, painting, casework, lighting, and grilles.
