1) Departing Flight on October 31st, 2025 from Bluegrass Airport (LEX) to Little Rock, Arkansas. Return Flight on November 1st, 2025 (after game) from Little Rock, Arkansas to Bluegrass Airport (LEX). 2) Departing Flight on November 21st, 2025, from Bluegrass Airport (LEX) to St. George, Utah. Return Flight on November 22nd, 2025 (after game) from St. George, Utah to Bluegrass Airport (LEX). Bidder should acknowledge each item listed below as part of uploaded bid submission: 1) The successful bidder understands and agrees that all required trips shall originate and conclude at the Bluegrass Airport in Lexington, Kentucky (LEX). Description 2) The successful bidder must provide a single airplane which is capable of transporting at least one hundred eighty (180) passengers per trip plus luggage and football equipment. 3) The successful bidder must ensure that all aircraft and the operators of such aircraft are both licensed and insured in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations for the purpose set forth herein. 4) The successful bidder must provide the University Procurement Department a copy of the Certificate of Insurance regarding flight along with a copy of the air worthiness certificate for the airplane being used.
