1. Men and Women Bid Shoes & Boots a. Styles shall include but not limited to (6” and 8”) b. Sizes 6-16 in multiple widths (men & women) c. Full insole with arch support d. Steel, composite or equivalent toecap e. Waterproof f. Nail-less construction g. Solid one-piece heel h. Padded collar i. Electrical Hazard, as needed j. ASTM F2413-11 approved The base shoe should be available in both male and female designations and sizing. Only shoes that are fully equal in every way to this specification will be eligible for consideration of award. Do not quote lesser grade shoes or boots. 2. Suppliers Service Level Requirements a. Provide current catalogs, current price list, warranty information, return policy procedures and a copy of multi- part invoice used b. Provide posters, catalogs, etc. prior to the visit c. Provide a variety of men’s and women’s safety shoes for selection d. Provide sizes and extra widths up to EEE shall be no extra charge e. Invoice shall provide the following information in a legible manner: the employees name, department/division, product description, authorized purchase order number and the employee’s signature f. Vendor shall have a service store within a 50-mile radius to cover warranty and out of cycle purchases g. Preference may be given to the vendor who can provide a mobile vending unit (boot truck)
