The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to obtain competitive proposals from qualified companies capable of providing property appraisal services. for the City of O’Fallon. The City of O’Fallon is seeking proposals from qualified firms to provide professional services for the valuation assessment of city-owned buildings and facilities. This assessment will assist in determining the replacement cost of these properties for budgeting, financial planning, and asset management purposes.
