B) Develop background information about UHM campus and its intercollegiate athletic program and the respective services and programs in which the candidate-selects would be operating. C) Understand the purpose and goals of the University of Hawai'i for its UHM intercollegiate athletic program, assess the current management structure, develop a position specification, and develop a timeline for the selection process.
