Contractor shall provide services, and otherwise do all things necessary for, or incidental to, the performance of work, as set forth below: 4.1.1 Organizational Assessment – This assessment should focus on evaluating the current functions and responsibilities of each division within the agency. This assessment will include but not be limited to: • Identify potential overlaps or gaps in services; • Address any inefficiencies or redundancies; • Result in an updated organizational chart with recommendations for reallocating resources to support the agency's strategic focus; and • Ensure the revised structure aligns with best practices, including an appropriate span of control for each manager, to enhance overall effectiveness and efficiency. 4.1.2 Establish Organizational Strategic Framework - This purpose is to establish a strong, agency-wide focus on the strategic direction for the agency.
