HYDROSTATIC TESTING AND REFILL/RECHARGE SERVICES - The Contractor shall provide hydrostatic testing and refill/recharge services at the request of the Institution Contract Liaison or designee as specified herein and in accordance NFPA requirements for stored pressure portable tanks. Hydrostatic testing and refill/recharge services shall include, but not limited to the following: • Six (6) year break down extinguishers • Hydrostatic testing of extinguishers • Replacement of extinguishing compound • Replacement hardware • Operational tests • Reconditioning; The Contractor shall provide a loaner fire extinguisher while the Institution’s is being tested. The Contractor shall invoice all hydrostatic testing and refill/recharge services at the rates specified in Exhibit B-1, Rate Sheet. 4. ANNUAL MAINTENANCE, INSPECTION AND CERTIFICATION SERVICES - The Contractor shall perform all maintenance, inspection, and certification services as specified herein and as necessary to maintain the optimum level of efficiency for each specified piece of equipment.
