The selected Real Estate Broker Service is expected to perform real estate services including but not limited to the following: Task 1: Leasing, Purchasing, and Sale • Planning and implementation of real estate transactions from strategic planning and needs analysis through project management until closing and assisting with post-closing needs on residential, commercial, industrial, and undeveloped properties • Work with the staff of the Board and designated representatives to ensure that all project proponents’ site requests are included in market searches • Evaluate market research and data to determine recommended sales, purchase, and lease prices of properties • Conduct market research and site searches, to include creation of market reports that support the business case of strategic purchases, sales, and leases, including zoning considerations, cleanups, remediations, development or land use restrictions, and all other factors that would influence property suitability • Perform market analyses • Work with relevant governmental authorities regarding potential zoning change requests • Identification of all suitable available properties that meet the needs of the Board...
