A. Provide collection services for delinquent self-pay debts for the collectibles identified in the overview. B. Describe in detail your approach and methodology, including strategies, systems and communications approach to be utilized in the delivery of debt recovery services. C. Comply wih all applicable federal, state and local laws with particular attention to the Consumer Credit Protection Act, Federal Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, and all other applicable laws. D. Ensure all account interactions are conducted in an ethical and professional manner. E. Follow confidentiality practices, HIPAA laws and maintain discretion. F. Must be able to provide foreign language and hearing impaired capabilities. G. Provide general availability between the hours of 8 am and 8 pm. H. Provide acknowledgment of accounts placed wth them within 10 business days. I. Have the ability to receive accounts electronically or by paper. J. Provide a comprehensive monthly collection activities status report to the City of Pasadena. K. The monthy comprehensive report shall include information detailing recovery efforts, amounts recovered, strategies used for each account and include the overall success rate. L. Skip tracing as necessary. M. Describe the process, if any, for alternatives to meeting the requirements.
