The Oregon Health Authority (OHA) Office of Information Services (OIS) is requesting 150 licenses of OpenAI ChatGPT Enterprise and 6 licenses of ChatGPT software. OIS is a shared service that supports both Agencies. One of its key functions is to deliver technology services and support to the Agencies. OIS ensures that Agency information technology (IT) systems are available and efficient to help Agency employees perform their duties effectively, contributing to the overall mission and commitment of OHA and ODHS to improve quality of life for Oregonians through equitable and effective health and human services. OIS has vetted and approved Open AI ChatGPT for Agency’s use. OpenAI ChatGPT is a cloud-based, large language model Generative AI designed for producing natural language response to prompts as well as images, charts, and limited video and audio production. ChatGPT is intended to produce human-like text and engage in interactive and relevant conversations with users. Access to comprehensive internet data sources allows ChatGPT to provide contextually appropriate replies. ChatGPT can accommodate various forms of input, including text, images, and structured data.
