The Project includes the following Work: Base Bid: Construction of 1 baseball field (with artificial turf infield), multi-purpose fields, score tower, restroom facility, picnic pavilions, parking lot, roadway, roundabout, and surrounding sidewalks/fencing for the site. Additive Alternative 1: EnkaSport material (base bid) to be replaced by EnkaFlex within the artificial turf baseball infield area. Additive Alternative 2: Installation of a natural turf underdrain system as shown in the plans and specifications including but not limited to installation of geotextile fabric, pea gravel drainage layer, and Enka Drain flat pipe. The 8” perforated collector pipe shown as part of the underdrain system will be installed in the base bid as a French drain. Additive Alternative 3: Installation of a fertigation system installed downstream of the booster pump as a separate system designed to handle the phase 1 improvements only. Additive Alternative 4: Installation of Cooper Lighting Solutions “ABB Arbor Bollards” along the northern sidewalk. Includes all extra control panel breakers, wiring, controllers/timers, conduit, concrete bases and any other costs associated with installation of the light fixtures.
