Please note: This is a Sole Source Notification. The Missouri Department of Transportation has determined that only one source, Cambridge Mobile Telematics, Inc. (CMT), can provide the department with CMT's web-based StreetVision Roadway Safety platform. StreetVision enables transportation and public safety officials to identify the riskiest roadways and prioritize the most effective programs and countermeasures to make roads safer for all users. StreetVision delivers driver-behavior analytics and insights based on CMT's massive database of mobile telematics data. StreetVision will allow MoDOT to identify, run, and analyze the impacts of distracted driving campaigns, public policy and/or road improvements. In addition to the StreetVision platform, CMT will also conduct statewide analysis at a county level to help determine the prevalence and changes in distracted driving behaviors over time.
