The Scope of Work section of the RFP includes requirements and provisions relating specifically to the products required by the agencies. The contractor shall understand and agree that the purpose of the contract is to add vendors to an already established Qualified Vendors’ List (QVL) for the purchase of envelopes for the Department of Corrections (DOC) and other agencies specified herein on an as needed basis. The contractor shall conduct all contract responsibilities consistent with this purpose. The products listed on Exhibit C, Listing of Envelopes represent the envelopes that the state agency may purchase. The State of Missouri makes no guarantees about single order quantities or total aggregate order quantities. For the purposes of the contract, the terms “qualified vendor” and “contractor” shall be interpreted to mean the same.
