3.3. Equipment and Supplies 3.3.1. Contractor shall provide and maintain all necessary vehicles, supplies, materials, and labor to perform required services. 3.3.2. Contractor shall provide equipment sufficient in number, operational condition, and capacity to efficiently perform required services. This includes sufficient back up equipment should a breakdown occur. 3.3.3. Equipment used in the execution of this contract shall comply with all applicable local, state, federal, and tribal laws, statues, ordinances, rules and regulations, and the acts, codes, orders and decrees of any administrative bodies, councils or tribunals. 3.3.4. Contractor’s vehicles and mobile equipment shall be clearly marked with a company name and/or logo. 4. Specific Requirements 4.1. Work Details 4.1.1 Bird trapping and removal services shall be billed monthly and performed twice a week. 4.1.2 Contractor should ensure at each inspection visit that all traps have sufficient food and water to prevent birds from dying inside the traps. 4.1.3 Locations and the estimated number of traps per each location are indicated on Exhibit 3, ADOT Work Locations 4.1.4 The Contractor may provide supplemental devices for Bird Control as outlined on the Supplemental Pricing Sheet.
