Services may include, but are not limited to, the following: 1. Erosion and sediment control inspections by a State of Delaware CCR employed by the consultant or preapproved subconsultant. The CCR must function under the direction of a registered Delaware Professional Engineer (P.E.). Roles & Responsibilities of the CCR are described in Appendix B of this RFP. 2. Weekly CCR inspections and reports for all assigned projects unless otherwise directed. Reports shall be submitted to the Department’s E&S Engineer’s Office to insure they will be received within 24 hours of the inspection and conform to the department’s standard formatting for such reports. 3. Coordinate weekly inspections so a department construction inspector and a representative of the construction company contracted with the department to construct the transportation infrastructure described in the project will accompany the CCR on inspections and sign off on the report at the time of the inspection. Reports will not be accepted without the appropriate signatures.
