2.1 The City of Lebanon is seeking the services of qualified individuals or organizations to provide concession services for the 2025 season, March through October, at the Atchley Park and Nelson Park ballfields. 2.2 The vendor will provide snacks and light beverages during the operating season from March through October. 2.3 The vendor shall have the responsibility to equip and operate the concession stands at Atchley Park and Nelson Park for the periods set forth in this document. A pre-season meeting will be held with the selected vendor and City staff prior to the opening of the concession’s operations. Operating Hours • The facility shall be open and operating from at least March through October. • Potential operating hours are envisioned to be 8:00 A.M. – 9:00 P.M. • During league nights on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday starting March 31 – July 31 with hours 5:00 P.M. – 9:00 P.M. • The exact schedule shall be made available to the vendor one month prior to starting dates.
