The City of Frankfort intends to issue a contract/purchase order for one (1) custom manufactured command center vehicle for the Frankfort Police Department (FPD)/City of Frankfort commencing with the execution of a contract between the City and the successful bidder. The contract and/or purchase order shall be issued to the best-evaluated bidder, based on price, experience, technical capability, and delivery time. The evaluation process will ensure that the awarded bidder provides the best overall value to the Frankfort Police Department/City of Frankfort. The bid shall be provided in accordance with the stated specifications in Article IV TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS of this invitation. Successful bidder shall be notified by the City’s Purchasing Agent. After said release date, delivery shall be made as expeditiously as possible.
